12 Feb Kaid Syrah 2013, 5 stars, Guide Wines of Sicily 2016
We are pleased to announce that the Kaid Syrah 2013 awarded, once again, the 5 Stars of the Guide Wines of Sicily 2016, published by Giornale di Sicilia and curated by Fabrizio Carrera, Gianni Giardina and Federico Latteri, which each year awards the best wines of the island.
For three years in a row, the Kaid received the highest award from the Sicilian guide, confirming the strong vocation of Mandranova area for the growth of our Syrah grapes.
Tomorrow, February 13th 2016, starting from 11 am, the presentation of the Guide and the award ceremony at the Grand Hotel Et Des Palmes in Palermo.
It will be follow by a tasting of all award-winning wines and traditional dishes, such as artisan cheeses by Salvatore Passalacqua and Biagio Fioriglio, those of the consortium Piacentino of Enna, salami by Tino Pintaudi, ready meals by Prezzemolo & Vitale, the canned fish by Balistreri company, the sweets by Nicola Fiasconaro, the oranges by Paul Ganduscio and coffee by Histo coffee.
